Taekwondo, the Korean art of the foot and fist, offers more than just physical fitness. Our comprehensive programs, tailored to your needs, encompass Poomsae, sparring, breaking, self-defense, weapons, and demonstrations.

Our ONLINE & IN-PERSON COMPETITION TEAM competed in 2025 locals, Regional west & east, States, and everyone placed on the podium. WE MADE ANOTHER MIRACLE. We are proud of our athletes!
Grandmaster YANG accomplished 2025 at the US OPEN International Championships with another GOLD medal.
That is his 7th GOLD medal in the US OPEN International Championships.
Grandmaster YANG, Pok Sun is USA TEAM member of 2025, 2023, 2022, 2021, 2020, 2019, 2018, 2017, 2016. and AAU National Team member of 2025, 2024, 2023, 2022, 2021.
Grandmaster YANG is AAU TAEKWONDO National COACH for Poomsae Team and Referee Instructor.
